Ambassador Program 2.0

Dear Shinkai Community,

We are excited to announce the launch of the Shinkai Community Points Program, a new way to recognize and reward everyone who actively contributes to our ecosystem. 🎉 Over the past months, our early supporters have helped shape Shinkai, from participating in our testnets to providing invaluable feedback on our AI Agent platform. Now, with our Points Program, you’ll earn loyalty points for being an active member of Shinkai and completing fun, meaningful tasks in the community.

Important: Shinkai Web only (for now)

For this first version, the Points Program works only with Shinkai Web.

That means missions must be completed in Shinkai Web to earn points during the beta. We plan to expand support over time, but we’re starting with Web to keep the rollout focused, consistent, and fair.

Weekly missions (announced on Discord)

We’ll release new missions every week. These will be:

• announced on Discord (so joining our community is the best way to stay updated), and
• visible on identity.shinkai.com, where you can track what’s live and your progress.

✅ Reminder: missions shown on the website must be completed in Shinkai Web.

We reward real feedback in Discord (bugs, issues, suggestions)

Beyond missions, we’ll also award points for high-quality feedback shared in Discord, especially:

• bug reports (with steps to reproduce),
• UI/UX issues and product suggestions grounded in real usage,
• helpful troubleshooting that supports other users.

If you help us improve Shinkai, we want to recognize it.

What are Shinkai Points?

Shinkai Points are a measure of your contributions and engagement. You can earn points by doing things that help you and the community get the most out of Shinkai. For example, you might earn points when you:

• Explore Shinkai’s Tech: Try out Shinkai Web and complete missions that encourage real product usage.
• Learn & Give Feedback: Complete tutorials or surveys, and share feedback after using Shinkai to help us improve.
• Build the Community: Help other users on Discord and contribute to a healthier ecosystem.
• Stay Connected: Engage with Shinkai on social media (follow our official X account, share our updates, etc.) and in our Discord channels.

Each task or activity will have a points value assigned. You’ll be able to see new available activities and track your progress on our identity.shinkai.com portal. As you complete activities, your points will accumulate in your Shinkai profile.

Why are we doing this?

The Points Program is our way of saying “thank you” to our community. Shinkai is a community-driven project,  your involvement makes us better. We want to reward authentic engagement: not just using Shinkai, but also helping others and giving feedback. Points add a layer of fun and friendly competition, while also giving us a way to identify and celebrate our most active members.

How will points be used?

Down the road, your loyalty points will unlock special perks within the Shinkai ecosystem. 💡 While points are not a cryptocurrency or cash, they may be redeemable for exclusive rewards. These could include things like early access to new features or testnets, special roles or badges in the community, discounts on future services, or participation in limited events for top contributors. We’ve intentionally not pegged points to any fixed monetary value,  instead, think of them as reputation and access within Shinkai. The top point earners are recognized as community leaders, and we’ll make sure that recognition comes with real benefits.

(And yes, we know many are curious about a token…we can’t comment on any token launch yet, but community points can play a role in future ecosystem incentives 😉.)

Fair and Fun for Everyone

We’ve designed the program to be fair. That means each person should have one Shinkai identity/account,  it’s about genuine participation, not gaming the system. Please don’t make multiple accounts to farm points; if anyone tries to cheat, we reserve the right to revoke points or bar them from the program. This way, the leaderboard will truly highlight committed Shinkai supporters. We also encourage quality over quantity: some tasks (like providing feedback or reporting bugs) might require a bit more effort, but they’ll be worth more points and have a big impact on the project.

On your Shinkai Identity Dashboard (identity.shinkai.com), you can find the full list of available tasks and how many points each is worth. New missions will be added every week, and announced on Discord, so be sure to join and check in regularly.

Join Now and Start Earning!

Ready to dive in? Here’s how to get started:

1. Log in to identity.shinkai.com and connect with your wallet, email, X and discord.
2. Join our Discord (https://discord.gg/su2Q8vNq) to get weekly mission announcements and share feedback.
3. Browse the available missions on your dashboard.
4. Complete missions in Shinkai Web, points will be added to your profile automatically.
5. Share high-quality feedback/bug reports in Discord to earn additional points.

We will highlight and shout-out top contributors in our community updates and maybe even in our upcoming blog posts. 🙌 This is all about learning and growing together. If you encounter any issues with the points portal or have suggestions for new missions, please let us know via the #ap-feedback channel on Discord. This is a beta launch for the points system, and we’ll be improving it with your input.

There is no fixed or limited pool of points to “split” among participants — points are earned based on your own activity. That means the more you participate and contribute, the more points you can accumulate over time. And stay tuned: we’ll also be introducing surprise missions along the way (announced in Discord and visible on the site) that can unlock extra point opportunities, so make sure you’re following announcements and checking in regularly!
